Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Science a new program is being introduced from Academic Year 2023-2024 with a sanctioned intake capacity of 60 students. Government of India has identified Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Science as the thrust Area. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science is broad domain that includes Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and few allied domains such as Computer Vision, Image Video and Audio Processing & Analysis, Internet of things, Natural Language processing and so on. In this digital transformation and the era of Automation, the Intelligence Systems are being developed those can think and take the decisions on their own, the important applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science can be seen not only in IT sectors but also in various domains such as Government, Defense, Automobile, Agriculture, Banking, Transportation, Health care, Pharmacy, Robotics, Customer Services, Finance Sectors, Digital & Social Media etc., To Build Such kind of technology, There is huge demand and requirement of efficient workforce such as Data Scientists, AI Specialist/ ML Engineer to work at various Government, Public and Private Sectors national, and multinational organization, that is the motivation behind launching this programme Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Science at our institutes. JSPM’s Jayawantrao Sawant College of Engineering, Hadapsar, Pune was established in 2004 offers UG, PG & Ph.D. programs and specially known for excellence in Academics, Research & placements.
