JSCOE faculty adopted a variety of tools and online instructional methods that support real-time learning and discussion. And most of these tools are integrated into daily online delivery of lectures. These tools include:
Zoom Meeting: Zoom is a popular synchronous meeting tool used to hold synchronous sessions with students with voice, video, chat, and screen-sharing. Faculty can record the meeting for later access who missed the classes due to internet connectivity issues.
Google Meet: Faculty can also use Google Meet/Google Hangouts to schedule online classes or meetings. Faculty members can launch a meeting from their JSCOE email or calendar. Live sessions with students allow faculties to maintain audio and video control while giving students a chance to ask questions and engage in discussion using a live chat.

Google Classroom/G-Suite: Faculties are engaging student in more effective way with Google Classroom. It makes teaching more productive by using streamline assignments. With this tool Faculty can distribute assignments, send feedback, and organize everything in one place.

Pre-recorded Videos: Lectures are pre-recorded or presented using Microsoft PowerPoint with instructor voice-over. These delivery methods allow students to review and re-review lessons as necessary. These options could be quite helpful to students who cannot attend scheduled sessions and want to learn at their own pace.
Many employ more than one technology, which could include the following:Learning Management System (JSCOE-MOODLE): Learning management systems facilitates faculties and student to collaborate. Faculties upload course material on MOODLE. It can also help to monitor progress for each individual student. Student can submit their work for assessment. The learning analytics gives idea how often students are logging in, how much time they spend on each task, and how well they are performing in each assignment. The online discussion forum provides platform for student to raise their queries and learn through peer discussion.

Skill Development Webinars: To keep the pace with changing technology and upgrade skills, all departments are actively involved in arranging webinars of experts from reputed organization and industries all over the globe. Training and placement cell also utilizing this facility to train students for better career opportunities.
